My mate was complaining about the shows he wants to watch disappearing off iPlayer the other day and I was like, why don’t you just get a DVD recorder – you can time it to record whatever you want off the telly. and then you have a DVD that you can play over and over again in your DVD player. You can even record from analogue, so you can hook up your old VCR to your DVD recorder and make DVDs out of all your old videos. Great, huh?
I think all this was a bit lost on him, but I really enjoy just being able to record what I want off the cable telly and being able to have it in actual DVD format to play. I’d recommend a DVD recorder to any TV or film addict.
